About Me

Juliet Frishette began dancing at the age of three at Studio 1 Dance Academy and continued training there until her high school graduation. At Studio 1, she worked with choreographers like Courtney Schwartz, Mandy Dray, Chris Babcock, and Russell Corpis. In May 2021, she will earn her BFA in Dance Performance at Chapman University with a minor in Entrepreneurship. At Chapman, Juliet had the opportunity to work with professors including Alicia Guy, Wilson Mendieta, Jenny Backhaus, Jackie Sleight, and Larry Rosenberg. She has been a member of the Chapman University Dance Team all four years and currently serves as the team's Co-Captain. During her time at Chapman, Juliet has performed in concerts including Chapman Dance Alliance, Chapman Celebrates, Spring Dance Concert, Concert Intime, and Works in Progress. She choreographed her own original piece entitled "Disconnect" for the Works in Progress Concert in 2019. Juliet has been signed with the Movement Talent Agency since age nine and has worked in television commercials, TV shows, music videos, and print work. Most recently, she worked on an episode of NBC's This is Us as a ballet dancer.
